Ten slabs of granite have crushed a worker at a Gold Coast work site this morning, breaking the man's legs. The 25-year-old had been stacking the slabs at Arundel about 8am when the granite pile toppled and fell. He is in a critical but stable condition and was rushed to Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment. He broke his legs and ankles.
